However, tattoo is more than an art which liked by most people. But traditional tattoo hurts very much as it is done by tattoo needle pierced into the body.

any area of the body without a fat build up under the skin, is the most painful. like when the skin is directly on top of a bone, like your lower back, chest, elbows, knees, ankles, but what helps with the pain is to not stop once you start, your body will make its own natural painkiller, endorphins, and it will not hurt as bad as if you stop n start alot. i have one on my lower back, that is 11 inches tall, and it goes all the way around my sides, and the first 10 minutes were not good, but it all got better, i have one on my chest as well, and to be honest, that did not hurt as bad as the one on my back did Display Yourself The Places Where Tattoos Hurt The Least::
most likely to hurt when you get a tattoo and which area is likely to hurt the least. Most agree that the arm is the absolute easiest place to get a tattoo.

Everyone has a different level of pain tolerance so no one answer here will help you. If pain is such a factor in this tattoo maybe you should reconsider.
chest= pain
lower back not so much but it depends on wut u r getting.......but now thats the "trap stamp"
I have many tat's ,most of them felt about the same on the pain scale but I have star's across my chest and one of them is right in the middle it was more painful then the rest but not unbearable, there are alot of nerve endings in that spot. But how high is your pain tolerance, mine is very high, if your's is not maybe start on the lower back,everyone is different!
Your chest will hurt SOOOO bad, because there is barely any fat; it's just skin and bones. Your lower back would look cute, but people have labeled it as a "tramp stamp". It would look cute, though xD
if the pain is the problem ask the artist to use a numbing cream as they do the tat
Right here I think, it isn't all skin and bones, and it looks awesome!
