India is biggest democracy where people from different religion and communities live together.But,from past few years due to one reason or the other we are facing internal communal problems between states ,religions and communities.This is affecting our unity,the feeling of differences are taking place in the minds of youth who are unemployed.Its become easy for terrorists to take advantage of both.Until we will stop thinking about our personal benefits and think India as one nation and all Indians to be same this problem will come again and again.

The reason for this attack looks like Muslim extremists protesting against The US and UK governments involvements in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Every nation deserves its government. Before passing on the comments, we should think how honest we had been in our life until today. This has nothing to do with hindu and muslim as anish seems to be day dreaming and small thinking. Any terrorist attack is to create panic, insecurity and destabilize the society on a larger scale, and that's what these killers are trying to do. They shot at people indiscriminately, and did not ask whether you are a hindu or a muslim.. they shot INDIAN's !!
We should blame out our own Intelligent agencies and government departments that are linked with keeping these agencies up and running, why didn't they have any information at all before the first bullets were fired !! These terrorists did not fall from the sky.. did they ?

I personally think they had heard that the Taj Hotel in Mumbai served a great Thanksgiving turkey dinner with full dressing and they weren't invited. They were probably hungry and wanted to ruin it for everyone because they didn't get any. Sounds like someone who has little regard for human life and without a conscience would do. Thats my opinion anyway.
If your theory were correct then a majority of Africa, South America and million + homeless people in the USA would be terrorists. India is definitely soft on terror. Time and again terrorists from across have disrupted normal life in India. This is evident from the recent attacks on Ahemdabad, Delhi, Jaipur , leaving several dead. And the 26-11 attack in this commercial capital has clearly shown the security status in India. This attack is truly a shame. Terroristes are targetting India more often then before and what is the Indian government doing..Iam sorry to say nothing...And to add more there is no tough law to tackle terrorism.
In end i would just like to add that this is a sorry state of affair.
The group claiming responsibility has never been heard of until today. This, and the fact that they were looking for people with British and American passports to take hostage makes me wonder if this is a scheme to get a large ransom.
However, the attack was so well-coordinated and big that I think that a larger terrorist group had to be behind it. Some people in India and that region of the country are not happy that the country is growing rapidly and becoming a world power. They believe that to be the same as becoming Westernized, which they despise.
Unfortunately, the only solution is education... and they are lacking in most parts.
Bad political system where the politicians are only interested in their so called GADDI OR KURSI and then poor judicial system followed by the worst police force who are only interested in collecting money .They are ready to settle for Rs. 5/- also.Their characters are the worst.
