do you mean believes IN them, or believes they ARE them.. In them there is not really a name for.. ARE them for most would be called Were's, or Otherkin (this one is used a lot when people think they were elves in past lives).. etc..
Not sure I believe they were as well, but know some who call themselves otherkin.. or dragonkin.. .. (They are most likely wrong, but.. it hurts no one)
