Is it bad to use a general body moisturizer on the face?
Using body moisturizers on your face is not a good idea. It's not meant for your sensitive facial skin. My favorite facial moisturizer is Clinique's Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion. It's a bit pricey, but it's great and my husband uses it as well.

Clean and clear oil free moisterizer works great.
Vaseline works pretty good for guys. I use it myself December to February.
Sound mad but use sunscreen even in the winter it moisturises your skin.
