�from a large scale breeding geese farm 59 blood samples were examined by HI test, 25 sample were H5 positive
�2x60 swabs were PCR negative!
�examination was repeated from the 4 different stock of the farm (4x10 blood, cloacaland tracheal swab),
�in 1 affected stock were 9 blood samples positive
�All swabs were PCR negative

What does 2 X 60 samples were PCR negative mean? What are the implications of this? Is the PCR test no longer well targeted to the virus?
