So Im 22 (mature, attractive and successful)... and keep attracting single successful attractive guys in their 30's (among others).
As Ive narrowed the field down to 2 guys that im very interested in:
1) 32, single, successful very attractive and funny and very outgoing
2) 31, single, gorgeous, more mature and kind of reserved
All my co workers and friends keep telling me that they are too old for me and that at that age, guys get 'boring' ... and have nothing to talk about.

I am a very talkative person, but only if I can feel that the person Im talkin to is also the same way. I dont like to keep the conversation running by myself ...
and with both of these guys, they start off strong, but seem to fade away ... and dont manage to keep my interest in conversing for longer.
Is this true? Guys in their 30's become boring and have nothing to talk about?? If not, then what do guys in their 30's like to talk about?
Age does not dictate if you are boring or not! These people just want you to find someone closer to your age, that's all.

32 and funny could have anxiety disorders. Have him tested for these and also, behavioral and emotional disorders at a mental health clinic. Quiet man might really be very smooth, that's all. You do need a conversationalist, so if anything, stay away from Mr. boredom, who will be a bore, unless he is into Buddhism or the Forum. He might just be evolved, who knows.
I'm 61 and have always been a great conversationalist, well, at least since i discovered a lot of gals liked me, though I was talented, interesting, funny, provocative since I dumped my ex wife in '89.

Obviously your firends have only dated a narrow group of 30 ish men as most of the mates I have are so full of life and go they can't be held back.Difference with 30ish guys is that they know what they want to do and usually have a good handle on how they want to do it unlike the 25ish guys that want to try everything at once today.
30 ish guys just have a bit more of a handle on life, love and the finer things in life but boring, they are only as boring as you let them be and there are plenty of boring 25ish guys too. Go girl have fun pick the one you like if he turns into a frump go for a new model its your life

Have fun with every guy. When I was in my early 20's I party out with every single girl/ women from all ages. How in the world are you suppose to find out, exactly what kind of particular guy turns U on. I know exactly what kind of women still turns me on. They are the Life of a Party ones. The funnier, the crazier. the sillier, the better. Just kidding. Just have fun out there and be careful. U can learn new things the easy way or the hard way.

Guys at 30 are not that different than in their 20's and since they mature more slowly than girls this may be why you find them attractive. But lots of guys at any age are not great conversationalists. Talking and communication is not the way they roll. Maybe you should date some younger guys for comparison to see if they suit you.

No, they don't get boring. They get smarter and they can have a great conversation with you as long as you aren't yapping. If you are, they most likely are just trying to get in your pants.
I have a brother in law who is 32, and he dates girls your age because he wants a younger girl who is more excited about him being older and having his own place and money. He doesn't love any of them. He simply uses them because they are so young. And that's the case with most older men who go for younger women like that. In fact, my brother in law makes all of them feel like they are the only one, yet he messes with 3-6 different girls at the same time, hiding it from all of them.....
