I'm dead serious. I have a dog named Precious and she is OBSESSED with humping my girl cat MooMoo, and has been for about three years, when we first got her (Precious). I'm not trying to sound anti-gay, but it's not animal instinct to do it with it's own gender, because they can't reproduce. So what should I do? Should I let them go at it, or should I try and stop them when I see it happening? Or if you have any other ideas, I'm really worried!

your dog is trying to gain control and show your cat who is boss, it has nothing to do with sexual drives. If you let this continue one may get hurt, don't let it continue.
She's trying to assert dominance over the cat, it's not sexual! I would stop it because one of them could get hurt.

Um... homosexuality has been recognized in the animal kingdom for years... and just like in humans, there are very few 100% gay or 100% strait people out there.. the rest are bisexual on a scale from 1-6.
Like my two male cockatiels, Peaty and Herm-Herm... they did it with each other everyday till they screached in room-shattering orgasms. They had a 50-50 relationship. I was never sure which one was dominant. They seemed to rotate on whoever was on top or on the bottom.
And out of all the other pretty little female cockatiles presented to them, they wouldn't touch ONE of the females... (We're talking a great big cockatiel farm of 30+ tiels. Now, Peaty would go after other male cockatiels, but NEVER a female. I just came up to the conclusion that Peaty was gay as springtime... no big deal...)

When the females saw the two going at it, they'd try to join in, but Peaty would just snap and screech violently like "Dis' my man, BITCHEZ!!!!!"
so yeah... you might have two lesbian females.
Now since its a dog and a cat, it might be odd since they are of two TOTALLY different species.
Make sure you keep both animals away from each as much as possible.

Seriously, I'm surprised a cat would allow this indignity. You need to discipline your dog. You can get a can of coins or other noise maker, a squirt gun, whatever will be an adequate deterrent to teach her this is not 'lady like' behavior. Combine the noise or the correction with a command like 'off', so that in the future you can use it if she even looks at kitty lustily :)
Talk to the vet. Precious has a hormone imbalance.
