layers moving out of place!!! help ! URGENT!!

hi, i have used layers on a website that i designed in 800 x 600
but when i change the resolution to 1024 x 768.... and the layers goes out of place!!! can anyone help me on this!!!

i think he means the screen isn;t 100% filled with that box, but thats normal because when you increase resoultion everything gets smaller, basically you have to make it in 1024 x 760 or 764
and then when people go in 800 x 600 it will just be a zoomed in ver.

..im using 1024, and i see no problem.
