In Japanese, how would you join the potential form of a verb with the passive form? For example, 送れる + 送られる = 送れられる (i.e. able to be sent). Or would you say 送れることが出来る?
From looking up words in Google 食べられられます (able to be eaten) brings up almost 1800 results, but 食べられることができます + 食べられることが出来ます bring up more than 3000 results. However, I know られる has other uses that I'm not too sure of yet (politeness?) so maybe those results are skewed somehow.
Whoa, how'd you manage to find that little gem? Let me guess, you put "passive" and "potention" in the search engine? :-)
