im planning on getting my very first tattoo in a couple weeks its gonna go on under my left forearm its gonna be about 10" long and 6" wide in color and very detailed i was just woundering how bad that **** is gonna hurt

depends on your pain tolerance. im a sissy but just recently got a tat on my hand, and it didnt hurt that bad. it did ache for a bit and then swell for like 2 days, but other than that its not bad. i'd compare it to maybe hard pinching of the skin or possibly being stung...

I have a sleeve and it didn't hurt all that bad, but I have high tolerance.

I got a Dark Angel on my Forearm, The whole thing is really detailed no color though. It didn't hurt too bad, the only time it kind of hurt is when they got close to my wrist. But like they said below everyone is different.

Yes it hurts somewhat but it isn't excruciating.

yeah it more like a needle burning or dragging its a lil uncormatable but not painful,after you get it ,dont pick scab and try to rub some savlon cream on it,will heal quicker.

yep, it hurts a lot, but nothing to make you poop your pants or pee in your boxers. it feels like a hot scratching scraping sensation.

To me it feels like someone carving in your skin with a hot blade. I have 4 tats. If they did not hurt everyone would have them.

its not as bad as some people say.... in my opinion it felt like someone burning you with a needle

It will really be more annoying than painful.
It will feel like a cat scratch, but over and over and over in the same spot, until the artist finishes that area and moves on.

The outline will hurt worse than the colors and shading.

But all in all, it's completely tolerable.

It depends on where u get it and how well u can take pain. If u are getting something with a lot of detail then know that tattooing in one spot over and over for a while will cause some kind of pain.
