While the main media is censoring the fact that there are two cases before the Supreme Court now (the Berg and Donofrio cases) about qualifying Obama, there is a growing movement of concerned citizens and groups to get some action done on this.
For those who are trying to ignore or brush this issue off, it is not going away because there is a growing load of facts coming out on this monumental issue. Don't let the economic problems keep you distracted from this. Here is the link:

You might want to tell McCain, because he once ran against Obama. May be McCain just too old and forgot about it huh? Easiest way to win presidency, but some how he just doesn't do it? McCain must be monumentally stupid for losing the way he did huh?
Will you not give this a rest? In your previous question on this subject, I pointed out to you that you were wrong about the nature of the Berg case, yet here you are still claiming that he does, in fact, have a case. Berg filed a petition with the Court for a writ of certiorari. That petition was denied. He also filed a petition for an injunction to suspend the election until this terribly important matter was settled. That petition was also denied. The Berg case, and I am being generous in calling it a "case," is dead. As for Donofrio, he did not file his suit against Obama, as Berg did, but against the Secretary of State for New Jersey. That case demanded that the names of three candidates, Obama, McCain, and the Socialist Workers Party candidate be removed from the ballot in New Jersey, pending an investigation into the citizenship of all three candidates. Donofrio, after having his "case" dismissed in both the lower court and the appellate court, filed a petition for a writ of certiorari with the Supreme Court, like Berg did. After having the petition denied by Justice Souter, Donofrio resubmitted it to Justice Thomas. Thomas, for reasons known only to him, decided to submit it "for Conference" to the rest of the Justices. They are scheduled to review the petition next week. Unless I am sadly mistaken, they will then deny the petition again, in which case Donofrio's case will, for all intents and purposes, be dead, too.
Look, there is simply no merit to the allegations against Obama regarding his citizenship, which, if you would just think about it objectively, should be obvious to you. I made the argument relative to your previous question that either McCain or Clinton, with all their power, money, and connections, could certainly have uncovered the "fact" that Obama did not even meet the minimum qualifications for being President. Or do you think that Obama is so devilishly clever that he could manage to keep something like that under wraps? Besides that, officials of the State of Hawaii have confirmed that the birth certificate on file is indeed legitimate. So petition all you want; that is certainly your right under the First Amendment. But don't expect your absurd claims to find much of an ear with Congress, even the Republicans.
Mmm, the FBI already vetted him, this is a ridiculous idea.
