Suppose A married 35yr old healthy man can't get sexual satisfaction with his wife, dew to many reasons .eg. she is ill and not interested in sex and lost her charm because of sick etc,also doctors said she can't give birth to any child, So what her husband should do? should he commit adultery sleeping around with prostitutes, or get other wife? No, you can not get married twice. If you do not want to sin, then you should seek counseling. You should be supporting her through her illness not contemplating cheating on her! Grow up! Be there for her!
Its a sin- even if you get remarried. The bible says that if you divorce your spouse, that is a sin, and if you remarry, the woman you will be with will be committing adultery with you, as you will be committing adultery against your first wife. The only legal way is if she is dead, and I wouldnt wish that on her! if the poor woman is sick, she needs her husband there, and he needs to stop being a pig. he always has his hands, doesnt he?? No man NEEDS a woman for pleasure, he can do it himself if he isnt so damn lazy. So biblically, the man is cheating on his wife, even if they are divorced, and the woman who is the new wife, will be brought into the mess as well as an adulterer. The only legal way of divorce is if adultery is involved, or if you are getting the snot kicked out of you- then you have legal reason to divorce and you are free and clear to get remarried, or if she dies, but other than that, its adultery and a HUGE sin.

And if the person is so concerned about sin, he should remember that you need to be with the wife in sickness and in health, like the marital vows state, and you are sick if you want another woman while your wife is dying. if the woman is dying, its so damn selfish to even think about your sexual wants. shes scared to death about being sick, and all the man can think about is where he can get laid next. thats sick and wrong.
