24 weeks along and I get sharp pains in my stomach when I stand up?

I have a doctors appointment set up for wed so I will be sure to tell him this then when I go... but I'm not sure whats going on.. I am 24 weeks along and when I stand up from sitting or laying down I get these sharp pains in my stomach.. it doesn't happen everytime I stand up but enough for me to notice a pattern... these just started this past week... They don't last but a sec and then stop for about 3 secs and then I have another pain and then about 3 secs later another pain and that happens about 5 times and then thats it.. I have been up to date on all my appointments and everything has been normal and healthy (she has actually been big to where they have moved my due date up almost a month from my first doctors appointment) I am just a little worried... did this happen to anyone else?! what could be causing this
