As of right now i have been laying on the couch with a pillow propped under my back for the last two hours the pain will not go away. I'd recommend speaking to a doctor or going to the ER as soon as you can. Horrible pain doesn't sound normal, it could be back labour that you're experiencing, especially if you had a gush of fluid yesterday. It's better to be safe then sorry. Dearing Twins::

i think the best thing for u to do is ring ur gp or closest hospital and speak to a midwife or jus go get everything cheaked just incase, u can never b 2 careful i had braxton hicks from 20 weeks it could just b that but just to be on the safe side i would go and cheak it out
