As of right now i have been laying on the couch with a pillow propped under my back for the last two hours the pain will not go away. To complicate things a little more Yesterday early afternoon I was sitting on the couch and I stood up and I had a gush of fluid it soaked my underwear and shorts since no fluid has leaked. You should go to the hospital to be on the safe side, never know it could be early labor and you should go so they can try to stop it. I'd recommend speaking to a doctor or going to the ER as soon as you can. Horrible pain doesn't sound normal, it could be back labour that you're experiencing, especially if you had a gush of fluid yesterday. It's better to be safe then sorry. i think the best thing for u to do is ring ur gp or closest hospital and speak to a midwife or jus go get everything cheaked just incase, u can never b 2 careful i had braxton hicks from 20 weeks it could just b that but just to be on the safe side i would go and cheak it out
