Give me the names of
1: The English batsman who scores the most runs (both innings);
2: The English bowler who takes the most wickets (both innings);
3: The English fielder who takes the most catches (both innings); and
4: Every English player who gets stretchered off the field for any reason.
Yes that's FOUR questions, hence the price.
An answer must be submitted BEFORE the start of play (approx 4.00 am

Wow ... A confident start by England (48 for 0)!
What next?
The scores are now in and the results are:
1: Collingwood
2: Hoggard
3: Strauss
4: Nobody
And the GA-ers have scored:
H2FB-WC 0
AF 0
PaliToy 1
Regretfully, Pifud has been disqualified for failing to name names.
So the winner is PaliToy!
Well done Pali ... Please post an answer and claim your reward.
Bryan
(I wonder ... Is there a MaliToy?)
Hello Bryan,
Thank-you for the fun question and allowing me to win the "Man Of The Match" award.
I will now do a celebratory loop of my computer whilst riding my award
as per Matthew Hoggard... how will he get that motorbike home and
could they have found one any smaller for him?

Bring on the 2nd Test on Thursday and let's keep our finger's crossed
that the "Boycott Tummy" does not inflict any further drop-outs from
the squad.
My predictions:
1) Cook (let's hope he is starting his Test career as Strauss did his)
2) Hoggard (I have to stick with him now he has won me this!)
3) Flintoff
4) Flintoff (he will breakdown do to having to do everything).
Thanks for the 5-star rating and generous tip! They are appreciated.
Don't get me started on who should be the wicketkeeper... do we want a
wicketkeeper-batsman or a batsman-wicketkeeper? I would always prefer
the former to the latter. A Test hardly goes by without Mr Jones
being berated for a simple dropped catch and it must be nearly time to
give Read another shot... wow, I have managed to confine my rant to
only a couple sentences ;-)
