believe it or not, this is not as difficult as it my seem. your answers are as follows: Yes, the father has rights. The only way that a mother can stop you from seeing your kids is if a judge orders it. There is a program out there called Fathers for justice, look them up. If you keep having problems with her, and seeing your kids, get a lawyer and fight!! Please stop saying, Best answer gets 10 points.?:: Anyone that promises ten points doesnt get an answer from me. Its not a unique gift. are those that promise more than 10 like it were even possible. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080130232333AAGgxzAHOME | Scoring A Fight: 10-Point Must vs. 3-Point Max | TheSweetScience.com Boxing:: Somebody please save the scoring system in boxing. i hope to get my 10 points buddy.
since you and your girl are not married,
the both of you have equal rights to your kids
unless someone files for "full custody"
which you havent mention so i assume not,
so yes you have the right to see your kids,
as long as you dont have a restraning order against you, you have the riht to see them, Absolutely
