Where can I find instructions (format, structure, etc.) for writing a
design manual for a biological wastewater treatment process.
The purpose of this manual is to let third party engineers to design
the process according to my manual.

requirements are hard to obtain (see 1. below however). I have noted
though, that there are excellent resources available that will assist
you with the format, structure, example headings, etc., for your
design manual document, and I've listed what I think are some helpful
