I was reading my question, and it sounds really stupid. I know that you can publish using FTP. It was a poorly constructed question.
Here's the real deal (sorry, dude)
My co. says we can use whatever we want to use to develop, as long as we use Frontpage to publish. I dont want to use Frontpage to publish. What can I use as ammo to win that war?
When I asked about what does frontpage use to publish... I meant what technology is the underlying technology for the Publish with Frontpage (not the FTP option). Is it WebDav? Proprietary? What?
Whew.. that was it. Sorry for the idiotic description at first.
You know... now that I think about it, as I was scanning for hosting services and such, I noticed a lot of them say "Support for Frontpage Extensions".
I never really understood that, is that sorta what your situation is Montoya?
