I have a video taken from my digital camera, and it is in quicktime format. I can put it in my itunes library and everything but when I drag it onto my ipod it says the video cannot be played on this ipod. My ipod has the most recent update installed on it.

I used to have one,
But the only thing you can transfer is songs.
are you sure its an MP4...cuz quicktime can play many formats that are not always compatible with Ipods...
it has to be mp4 format
