There are chair feet - rubber feet to put on the legs that will fit on 3/4 inch pvc tubing which you can drill and put your bolt through for a top to your monopod which will allow some movement and is not as stressful to the camera. With not too much work, it can be made to come off rather easily for a quick release too. mike
