Bleeding in Late Pregnancy?

Im 33 weeks pregnant and found blood on my tissue yesterday morning when went to the toilet when i woke up. I went straight to the hospital where they checked me and baby over and advised me it was nothing to worry about just blood from the inside of the cervix and that baby was fine. Just wondered if anyone else had experienced anything like this so late on? Thanks I havnt so far but my sister in law did, about same time as well, they checked her just said it was extra blood from inside her cervix nothing to worry about,

It sounds like ur mucus plug. It can partially or completely dislodge several weeks before pregnancy. It also can form again.
