Im a guy and my mom said it looks like i lost a couple hairs on my crown. I noticed my scalp on my crown hurted a little when the hairs around it moved like back and forth. My hair is naturally parted more to the right so there is a natural line on the left side of my head because my crown is located on the left corner of my head. Well some guys have naturally large parts in there hairline and also the way the hair lays down can make it look like a bald spot. Now for the Hair at the crown hurting if you wear a hat allot this will hurt the top of your head because it cuts off the air supply to it, But if you do not wear a hat it may because of the way you sleep on your pillow with your crown directly in the the pillow. Try sleeping on your side a little more often.
