I can basically perform most activities, such as putting my shoulder above my head, moving it around clockwise and ant-clockwise. However, if I try to move my hand around my back (as if i was trying to scratch my back), then I can feel little pain. In addition, when I went swimming a couple of days, my shoulder got really sore (I think I over did it).
