Hmm..
Does that screen has a mouse pointer?
or you can only use keyboard?
If only keyboard, then I'm assuming that the blue screen is BIOS or Recovery Console.
you might wan't to check the default password for that screen by doing a Yahoo or Google search on the title shown on the screen and your computer manufacturer, like HP, DELL, etc. computer output problem SERIOUS:: 2 posts - 1 author - Last post: Sep 9, 2005here is the problem: my new 3-4 month old comp was working completely fine untill this morning and it was shut off normally last night. for http://www.d-a-l.com/help/general-hardware-issues/6844-computer-output-problem-serious.htmlHOME | Users Face Serious iPhone OS 2.2 Problems - iPhone Atlas:: Nov 21, 2008 A serious problem would be a bricked phone, no internet connectivity, Used it on the computer before, but mind boggling on the iPhone! http://www.iphoneatlas.com/2008/11/21/users-face-serious-iphone-os-22-problems/HOME |
If all that doesn't work, you may need to reset the CMOS. (This step involves opening of CPU and resetting)
hope i gave you some idea on what to do..
try to just press enter without entering anything because i had something similar to that on my computer but i knew i didnt set a password so ther couldnt be one
Vista sucks. I had this problem before. I had to download software to reset the password thru command prompt. Google "password reset for vist" and will find many programs available to do this.
Restart the computer, hit F8 while starting. You will go to boot menu. Select Last known good configuration. If it doesn't work, do it again but select 'Safe Mode'.
may be there is a password set when the computer screensaver is activated, check your settings.
