I'm going to interview CEO, what questions should I ask him ?

I going to interview one of the CEO of a company called "ChatterBox" by tomorrow becuase I have to do a research about that company like what they do and how do they operate,etc.

If you were in my shoes, what questions would you ask the CEO to get enough information about your research about that company ???

any questions that come up to your mind would help guys !!~

1. Research the company. Learn all you can about what they do, who the management is and where they came from. What product services they offer, who are their customers.

2. CEOs think strategically but they have to understand the details of their business well enough manage it. Ask where the company is going and what obstacles need to be overcome to get there. Ask why/how he came to the company. Is he/she the founder? Who does he get advice from? Is the company public/private. Who's on the board and why were they selected?

4. What is the CEO's past experience. How does he/she balance their personal life with their work commitments. Where do they need to improve the company. What skills, experience, network do they bring to the company that is most needed for the to succeed. Do they have a technical background or background in sales/marketing or other functiona area? How did they get their CEO job?

3. Who are their competitors, target market(s), what does their customer do and what do they want from ChatterBox?
