The reason minding one`s own business is difficult is that we tend to look ``out there`` instead of ``in here`` when we are interconnecting with the world. Others just need some management classes.
Because being a spectator in others' lives is more entertaining and less threatening than attending to your own. Because advice costs nothing to give, and yields a sense of personal achievement. And because you don't have to suffer the consequences of the advice you give. Basically, it's usually just another variation on avoidance.
We all feel like we know what's best and we want to impose our knowledge on others. We want them to learn from our own experiences and, so, we stick our noses in where they don't belong and offer unsolicited advice--free of charge!
