Verio Inc. Wednesday expanded its
Digital Subscriber Line agreement with Covad Communications Company, taking its high-speed Internet access nationwide.
Verio's (VRIO)
broadband service is based on Covad's (COVD)
asymmetrical digital subscriber line technology.
Barb Goworowski, Verio chief marketing officer, said there is a big demand
for high-speed Internet access among home-based businesses and telecommuters.

These bundled service offerings often include DSL service bundled with backup, NetConnections, Telecom Italia, UUNet, Verio, Verizon, and XO Communications.

Robert Roblin, Covad executive vice president of marketing and sales, said

Verio's ADSL service starts at $60 a month after a one-time set-up fee of
