your memory may be corrupted it usually happens with micro sd which you didn't carefully removed from your phone.

1. insert it to your pc

3. if you found it right click your mouse and select open if it's corrupted a message will appear " DRIVE I: IS NOT FORMATTED WILL YOU FORMAT IT NOW "
4. if the tip #3 is correct you have to format your micro sd
