I want to know the value of a misstamped Tennessee Statehood Quarter.
It is smooth around the edges and was stamped off center. Is there a

The Tennessee statehood quarter has only been in circulation since
January 2002, so there are not many error finds for these particular
coins. However, an off-center strike is usually considered a "major
error" and therefore brings a pretty nice collector's value. Multiple
errors, as you describe, can raise the value even more.

Though you should contact an error coin dealer for an approximate fair
market value for your particular find, I did find some values for
off-center strike errors on other statehood quarters. Depending on the
degree of the error and most certainly on the subjective opinion of
the appraiser, these values range anywhere from $300-$1250!
