Five new names were added to the witness list for Thursday's House
hearing on the HP leak probe.
The government-issued
subpoenas request the appearance of Charles Kelly of Villa Rica, Ga.; Cassandra Selvage of Dade City, Fla.; Darren Brost of Austin, Texas; Valerie Preston of Cooper City, Fla.; and Bryan Wagner of Littleton, Colo., according to Terry Lane, a House spokesperson.
The five are employed by investigative firms believed to be connected to
Action Research Group, a Florida company HP used to access phone
records of employees and journalists.

In a related development, the California attorney general's office had no comment on reports that Wagner destroyed his computer upon learning the state was probing into his activities.
"Our investigation is going forward," Tom Dresslar, spokesman for
California Attorney General Bill Lockyer, told internetnews.com.
Although HP refused comment on the latest names, the company said
Mark Hurd, HP's CEO, general counsel Anne O. Baskins and former
chairperson Patricia Dunn will testify Thursday.
While Dunn, who resigned Friday, will appear, HP spokeswoman Emma
Wischhusen could not confirm whether two other former
employees will appear, despite HP's encouraging them to do so.
Kevin Hunsaker, the firm's senior counsel and ethics director, along
with Anthony Gentilucci, HP Boston's security manager, resigned yesterday.
