XML for Java is an XML processor written in 100% pure Java, together with a library (package) that is used for parsing and generating XML documents.

alphaWorks is billing XML for Java as "the most robust XML
processor currently available," and said the product conforms more closely to the XML 1.0 Recommendation than other XML parsers.
